In response to the COVID 19 crisis and to meet the needs of those in our community most impacted, the Mary Morton Parsons Foundation is coordinating with the Central Virginia COVID19 Response Fund to provide essential support to our nonprofit partners. To further support the increased service demands and operating pressure on our partners, the Foundation has also suspended its traditional grant program for the balance of 2025 and will not be conducting a Fall competitive cycle.

The Mary Morton Parsons Foundation was founded in 1988 by Mrs. Mary Morton Parsons as a private, non-operating foundation to support the capital needs of charitable organizations.  To date, the Foundation has awarded approximately $128 million to qualified grantees.
